You have everything in it to remind you of how you want your life to be and which directions to go. It is a tool to make sure you keep taking care of yourself to be the BEST version of you.
What is it?
This journal/planner is not just it, it is a positive uplifting life coaching tool to accompany you in becoming the most positive, joyful, happiest and healthiest version of you.

You can use it as a ritual, filling the “Good morning sunshine’s” page in the morning and setting the tone for the day. You can also use it at night to wind down, bring gratitude and sum up the beautiful things that happened to you during the day. But absolutely no pressure to have to do it everyday. You go at your own pace, and only when it feels good for you.

​You are invited to set your yearly and monthly goals, and your intentions for each new moon & full moon. You can also assess your mid-year vision and see if it is still aligned.

What makes it different than a regular journal?
This planner is so much more than a regular one.
The introduction part of the journal is about getting more in touch with yourself, who you are, where you are at, assessing your life holistically, considering all aspects of your life, you also can wrap-up all the lessons from year 2024 and start new intentions for 2025. Finally you can start the practice of daily entries to set the tone for the day and end the day on positive gratitude note.

You are free to follow these sections at your own pace, everyday or only one day per week, absolutely no pressure. There is voluntarily no dates so you don't feel like you are missing out if you miss a page or a few weeks. Being digital, you can easily delete the daily pages you didn't use.
This journal is to use when it feels good, taking more time according to your schedule and free time.

​The creation of this journal began last October. I have poured all my experience as a holistic coach and my six years of personal journaling practice into it. This journal is a true compilation of the best practices I have discovered, enriched with essential elements such as tracking the menstrual cycle, nutrition, dreams, ambitions, and even a bit of astrology. A true treasure of valuable information.​ The real value of this journal is estimated at €55, considering the time, effort, and costs involved, including my pro Canva subscription over several months.
To mark its launch and make up for the slight delay, I am thrilled to offer it to you for €35. This special offer is available until January 31, 2025, to help you start the year on a positive note.
